2 Installation

Installation Procedure

Follow the procedure below to install BN-ADT/NAS.

Correct the time and date settings on your computer.

Note:

Some functions of BN-ADT/NAS may not work properly if the date and time

are not set correctly.

Load the setup CD into your computer.

Double-click “Setup.exe” on the setup CD.

Note:

If the message "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable (x86) is not

installed." is displayed, click Yes and follow the on-screen instructions to

install.

BN-ADT/NAS will install on your computer.

This completes the installation of BN-ADT/NAS.

After installation, to start BN-ADT/NAS, from the Start menu, select All Programs -

BUFFALO - BUFFALO Network Admin Tools - BUFFALO Network Admin Tools.

Note:

For Windows 8, click BUFFALO Network Admin Tools.
